No scanner or special software needed. All you need is your phone and a pen. This guide walks you through the whole process in under two minutes.
Sign your name on paper
Take a blank white sheet of paper and sign your name clearly using a dark pen (blue or black). Make the signature a good size — roughly 10–15 cm wide.
Photograph or scan it
Use your phone camera or a scanner. Take the photo in good light on a flat surface. A standard phone camera works perfectly — no special equipment needed.
Upload on the form
On the accreditation form, scroll to the "Signature" field. Click the blue "Choose Image" button, then select the photo from your phone or computer.
Check the preview
Your signature image will appear in the box. If it looks clear and readable, you're done! If not, click 'Remove' and try again with a better photo.
Use a white or very light background when signing — it scans much better.
If the image is blurry, move closer or wipe your camera lens.
JPEG or PNG files both work. Most phone photos are already in the right format.
The file should be under 5 MB — phone photos are usually fine.
If you're struggling, ask a family member to take the photo for you.
